Shipping policy
DELIVERY
DERMOKLOTHO guarantees delivery in Italy within 1-2 working days and delivery in Europe within 5 working days for orders placed Monday to Friday before 18:00. Working days are considered Monday to Friday. For Calabria and islands delivery may take an additional day.
Couriers deliver from Monday to Friday during office hours (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). Depending on the carrier used, couriers will make two to five delivery attempts, leaving notices, after which your order will be returned to the sender.
Orders are processed automatically by our systems and it is not possible to change shipping or delivery times.
Your telephone number entered during registration will be useful for the courier in case he needs to contact you.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Prices shown include value added tax (VAT), but do not include other taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction. For non-EU countries (UK and Switzerland), administrative customs fees may apply, which may vary at the discretion of customs. Payment of these is necessary to release the order from customs on arrival. The courier will contact the recipient before the package is loaded or once the package has arrived in the country for payment. These fees are not handled by DERMOKLOTHO and will subsequently be invoiced directly by the customs authorities of the country to which the products ordered are shipped, which is why we are unable to indicate the amount of these fees.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number to track the status of your order. Shipping times are estimated and run from the date of shipment, rather than the date of the order. They may take longer than expected due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures or other causes. When an invalid address is detected, the customer will receive an e-mail to verify it and, if necessary, can update it via the Client App.
RETURN INFORMATION
You can return your online order to our Distribution Centre within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Returned goods must be in the original packaging, unopened, unused and undamaged. The order returned to us remains the responsibility of the customer and a refund will not be made until the goods are received by us or if the packaging is not in its original condition. To send returns, generate the return label from the portal accessed via transactional e-mail. Shipping costs for sending returns are the responsibility of the customer.
